Ali, an American native, began her career as a broadcast journalist in Asia working for both ABS-CBN in Manila and Channel News Asia in Singapore. Interviewing people and asking them probing questions prepared her for the world of Christian ministry, where she now spends all her time and has the privilege of engaging people with the tougher, more existential questions of life: Who am I? Who is God? Why am I here? How am I called to live? What does it all mean? Coming alongside people to help them process, ponder and pray through these important questions is where Ali’s passion meets her vocation.

This passion takes on many forms. Ali is a wife of a pastor, mom of three young children, a Bible teacher, writer, speaker, and counselor. You can find her juggling several things at once, which makes her a professional juggler too.

Ali has a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Religion from Princeton University (2006), is a graduate of OCCA, the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics (2014), and completed her master’s degree in Applied Theology from the University of Oxford (2017).
