Earl is an advocate of God’s truth. Her life’s work is on transformation and transition by presenting the whole counsel of God and defending the faith.
 

Earl is also the co-founder and speaker of Lead Out Coaching & Consultancy, which provides seminars and training programs for corporate and personal transformation, using biblical principles since 2012. She has been in the field of communication for almost two decades. Her professional experience was in the media and entertainment industry as an investigative-broadcast journalist, TV news reporter, producer, and host. She holds a BA in Communication Arts. She took postgraduate programs on Media and Entertainment Management in New York City

Earl is growing her corporate and women leadership ministry in evangelism, apologetics, biblical counseling, spiritual formation, and Christian ethics.While continually pursuing academic excellence and effective training in biblical and systematic theology and related disciplines.

She is actively participating in the Oxford Center for Christian Apologetics (OCCA) Business Program community.

She has been married for 12 years and serves alongside her husband, Judah Paolo - an itinerant speaker, teacher, and minister in Christ Commission Fellowship, and former associate of the Ravi Zacharias International Ministries (RZIM Asia). Earl homeschools her 3 amazing children Sophia, Emma, and Colin.
